Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the different shipping options: If you have domestic shipping agent or forwarder in China,we will deliver to them.
If you do not have your own forwarder in China:
A.generally we deliver goods by DHL( 6~10 days), UPS( 8~15 days), EMS (10~20 days), China post (25~35 days), E-packet( 15~30 days),FedEx( 8~15 days) such International famous express transportation.
B.Large cargo can be transported by air or sea.
Shipping cost generally is depending on your order of the watches models, packing and
shipping method, for sure we will recommending the most economic one for you.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains, We aren't perfect. More details please contact our customer service. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a conformation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
